You have to have good genes to get pretty nails like that. If you want to try, I would start with a manicure and make sure all your nails are the same length and shape. Take care of them, shaping lightly as they grow. I would give it at least 4-6 weeks and don't be too disappointed if your nails don't end up looking like that. Think about how well nail salons are doing and why.
my nails grow longer than that in a week!!!! if you buff and file your nails regurlarly they will grow much faster as filing gets rid of chips and cracks and the buffing smoothes ridges out in the nail so that the chips and cracks can no longer cause more damage. good luck!!!!!!!
With the regular filing it will take a couple of months. This ensure you arent holding onto the weak parts and you are shaping them as you wish.
