you place them where you want and when you want to move your picture they have a tab at the bottom you just pull..

How do I hang up photo frames and framed art without damaging the wall with nails?
There is also another product sold that looks something like an S hook, a thin kind of wire. Push it through the drywall and it braces on the other side leaving only a tiny hole. No hammer needed.
