well you should put it on now, or they will not grow back as quickly.
I would wait at least 24 hours before applying anything else to the nails, this way you give your nails time to breathe. Then you can either apply the nail growth or just use clear top coat. That usually lasts about a week to a week %26amp; a half. Then you can take it off and re-apply it using 2 coats. This is what works for my nails after removing acrylics.
