Or,what I do is,I paint my nails and then I just like eat off the nailpolish(dont swallow obviously) and I chew on that not on the nail. Or, you could buy a really cool ring and promise yourself your not gonna wear it until you stop biting your nails. When i was little i had a habit of sucking my thumb so my mom got this nail polish type stuff that she put on my fingernails, and if i ever sucked on them it tasted horrible. I reccomend this. That's not how any tech should do them, IMHO.

Yes, it probably is. I personally had those symptoms and it turned out to be celiac disease. Definitely look at that as a possible cause. It damages your intestines and causes massive vitamin deficiencies. Eye and ear problems and grooves in your fingernails (I had them terribly) can be symptoms of vitamin deficiencies. Do you have other health problems?

They're fun, great for spring, and are really inexpensive. I got neon pink, purple, and green at Claires (I know its a sucky store but it was the only place I could find them) and I'm actually wearing neon pink on my fingers right now.
For my toenails- Usually a nice pink or corally-peach. I like something bright and fun. Although, I sometimes (usually in the winter though) paint them this metallic deep purple. It sounds like it would be ';cheap'; but it's really elegant actually. Kinda like these colours:

Honestly depends where you are. I charge 拢16 for a mini manicure and 拢25 for a luxuary one which includes massage, mask and exfoliation. If you talking about extensions then your looking at around 拢25 at the cheapest and anywhere up to 拢45 for the more expenisive types. You could call a few salons around your area and ask them how much it is and always compare to a mobile therapist as they sometimes can be cheaper.

Honestly depends where you are. I charge 拢16 for a mini manicure and 拢25 for a luxuary one which includes massage, mask and exfoliation. I used to do it too but I tried everything then I decided i couldn't break the habit so if I get nervous or something I still end up biting my nails just lightly it works and now I can keep my fake nails on without breaking them and my real nails still grow when i don't have my Cyrillic nails on

I finally stopped when I had major surgery (completely unrelated) and felt to weak to do bite them. To break a habit you have to go 21 days without the habit.

There is nothing more gross than a woman who doesn't take care of her feet. This is all year long, not just in the summer. I'm a completely straight woman, but when I look at a woman's feet and if they are nasty and untaken care of, it completely skeeves me. Imagine how men feel when they see that. A woman who takes the time to take care of her feet is someone who takes care of herself. The others show they just don't give a damn and makes you think they probably feel that way about other parts of themselves and just gives you a nasty mental image of the person.
But if you do look at them (guys and girls), wouldn't you like to see nice looking feet as opposed to gross, crusty feet??

If you drink alot of milk then they are caused by water, but if you drink alot of water then they are caused by milk.
